- ADELSYS VIDA is an adaptation of manual ventilators (commonly known as BVMs), equipped with an automatic mechanism for mechanical ventilation.
- A motorized arm compresses the BVM bag, which is mounted horizontally on the ventilator base, to deliver air into the lungs. Exhalation occurs passively as the lever lifts off the BVM bag.
ADELSYS VIDA is used to ventilate patients who are not breathing or are breathing insufficiently
- ADELSYS VIDA is also suitable for lungs with reduced compliance (elasticity).
- ADELSYS VIDA offers 13 different breathing frequencies, ranging from 8 bpm to 32 bpm.
- ADELSYS VIDA allows for adjustable I:E ratio values and even supports inverse ratio ventilation in cases of insufficient oxygen supply.
